bring it to light | for the redesign of the atg entrance, we applied the new corporate identity to create a significant and continuous impression. in cooperation with the architecture office molitor we developed a concept for the outdoor area, which is based on the new visual identity.
as there has been many constructional restrictions, the roof structure seemed too massive at the beginning. our intention was therefore to reduce the material of the awning. as solution we built the front with a constantly opaque and white/light grey material, which gives during the day a reflecting and delicate surface and during the night it is illuminated from the backside. on top of that surface, the squarish signets of the atg has been placed on grey zones – this creates a system of overlaying areas which are closely related to the print-material.
over that, we created a stand for the entrance area, which has an integrated letterbox and address, as well as two specially designed guidance system stands, for the new client parking area and the entrance.
